COMPOSITION:
Each 10ml contains:
Estradiol benzoate ……………………………………. 50mg
Vitamin A (retinol palmitate) …………………… 125,000IU
Vitamin E (DL tocopherol acetate) ……………. 50mg
DESCRIPTION & INDICATION:
Estradiol is an estrogen steroid hormone and one of the major body hormone. It is involved in the regulation of the estrous and menstrual female reproductive cycles.
EZTILBOvet is an Estrogenic hormone therapy used in mares, cows, sheep, goats, cats and dogs.
EZTILBOvet used in the following situations: Reduced ovarian function or a lack of heat. Frigidity. Anaphrodisia. Retention of fetal membranes.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
High doses, long-term or inappropriate use of this product may cause ovarian cysts, abortion, ovarian atrophy, and sexual cycle arrest for female animals. Only used for animal reproduction.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Cows, Sheep and Goats: Meat: 15 days.
Cows, Sheep and Goats: Milk: 72 Hour.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
(Subcutaneous route only):
Cows and Mares: 4 to 8 ml, repeat the dose 4 times with intervals of 4 days between each inoculation.
Sheep and Goats: 4 ml, repeat after 4 days.
Dogs & Cats: 1 ml / 5Kg bodyweight, repeat after 4 days.
The doses indicated above should be considered as indicative, since it will be the Veterinarian who establishes the appropriate dose depending on the process to be treated.
